What we collect

What you type into our quiz: your name, email, mobile number, ZIP code and your answers about your retirement savings. We also collect basic technical data such as browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

To show you your results, to match you with a licensed insurance agent in your state, and to contact you about your results and scheduling a call.

Who we share it with

If you ask to be contacted, we share your information with an independent, state-licensed insurance agent in your area, so they can contact you. That agent may pay a fee for the referral. Agents are not employees of Your Retirement Second Opinion and may recommend insurance products, including annuities. They may use your information under their own privacy policy. We use service providers (hosting, texting, calling, scheduling) who handle data on our behalf. We do not sell your information to data brokers.

Network sharing. We may share your name, email address and website activity (pages you visit and forms you start or finish, never your answers) with our advertising partners, with affiliated businesses, and with businesses whose advertising we manage. They may use it to measure and target their own advertising. We never share your phone number, your text-message opt-in or your consent with anyone for marketing. Calls and texts

If you agree, we and the agent matched to you may call and text you, including with automated technology and AI-generated voice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help. You can also tell any caller to stop calling you.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at kyle@lionsdenai.com. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Security and retention
